		Purchase a Boater Pass
		Purchase a Daily Boater Pass online. OR purchase at a vendor. Frequent User Passes must be purchased at the Prineville BLM. Customers wishing to purchase an FUP will need to either submit a written request to 3050 NE 3rd, Prineville, OR 97754 or call 541-416-6700.
		2010 Lower Deschutes River Boater Pass Fee Schedule A transaction fee of $1.95 up to 3% of the total fees, whichever is greater, will be charged in addition to the boater pass fee. No Refunds for Deschutes River Boater Passes. $50.00 Frequent User Pass (Pass is not valid on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from May 15 through September 15 on Segments 1, 2 and 3; and May 15 through October 15 on Segment 4) $2.00 Person/Day all year $6.00 Peak Weekend Fee (Additional fee applied to $2.00 Daily Fee per person per day, Saturday and Sundays only, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend (May. 29, 2010 - Sep. 5, 2010). $  3 Vendor may charge handling fee up to $3.00       Please note that all passes must be obtained using this website or through an authorized on-line vendor.
		Motorized boating is allowed in Segment 3 and 4 only. Motorized boating is not permitted in Segment 3 between JUNE 15 and SEPTEMBER 30. Motorized boating is not permitted in Segment 4 on Alternate weekends (Thursday through Sunday) beginning the first Thursday through Sunday period on or after JUNE 15 ending SEPTEMBER 30. 		Moody Island Boater Pass
		Beginning July 1, 2009 a temporary program is being instituted requiring all persons recreating solely on the Deschutes River between Moody Rapids and the I-84 bridge to obtain a $2.00 Moody Island Boater Pass. Persons in possession of a valid, Daily Boater Pass do not need to purchase the Moody Island Boater Pass. Not available through boaterpass.com, a Moody Island Boater Pass must be purchased at Heritage Landing.
		Limited Entry Pass Availability
		Limited entry passes will be available as follows: 181 days in advance - 50 % of passes will be released; 30 days in advance - 20 % of passes will be released; 14 days in advance - 15 % of passes will be released; 2 days in advance - 15 % of passes will be released.
